Brian received his undergraduate degree from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio and his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law, Columbus, Ohio. After working several years with a law firm on the west side of Columbus, Brian relocated to the Westerville area where he now serves his clients.
Since moving to Westerville, Brian has concentrated his practice in the area of the legal issues of individuals and families particularly family law, real estate, estates and small businesses. His practice embraces three concepts of representation: 1) advance planning to avoid legal issues, 2) negotiating resolutions to legal issues; 3) representation at trial of legal issues.
As a speaker, he has also presented lectures in the areas of family law and child support for his peers at the Ohio State Bar Association facility.
Brian is admitted to practice law before the various courts in the State of Ohio. In addition he is admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Northern and for the Southern Districts of Ohio.
